Still "Raising The Roof" - 11.02.11

Due to the September flooding event that has so greatly impacted our community, our Board of Directors decided to reshape and reschedule the 2011 "Raising the Roof" fundraising gala that has been our signature annual event for the last three years. This event was originally scheduled for October 6th, 2011 at the Broome County Forum, but we are now planning a much simpler, yet still enjoyable event.

In order to celebrate our successes, showcase our prize donors, promote our ad buyers and honor our sponsors, we have decided to reshape "Raising the Roof" into a Habitat mission-inspired "simple, decent, affordable" evening.

We are STILL "Raising the Roof", but this time as a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. It will still be a meet-and- greet, come-as-you-are affair, with excellent food, entertainment, raffles and awesome door prizes.

The event is planned for Wednesday, November 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Remlik's Restaurant and Kilmer Building lobby on 31 Lewis Street in Binghamton.
